We have a long and successful history

Based in Huntly, Waikato, BUILTsmart^® is a New Zealand family owned business operating throughout the greater North Island for over 40 years. Accreditations include Licensed Building Practitioners, Members of Certified Builders of NZ, and Prefab NZ for prebuilt construction. Since we started in 1982, we have built over 2000 classrooms and buildings.

Constructing prefab transportable modular classrooms in our custom designed factory provides us with the environment to achieve a higher standard of quality control for the entire building process. Our method is quick, clean and affordable.

Building under cover with 50 construction bays provides huge timesaving and efficiencies . We can construct 300-400 classrooms per year up to 40-60% faster than conventional methods.
