SPECIFICATIONS
  • Sub-Floor & Flooring: 25mm Metra flooring over 190 x 50 floor joists at 450mm centres with 4 rows of 150 x 50 bearers.

  • Exterior Cladding: 300mm x 12mm BCG Stratum Duo cladding and Colorsteel (Edura) corrugated cladding vertically fixed.
  • Insulation: Under floor: Premier Polyester Underfloor Blanket (R1.8). Wall insulation: Premier A Grade Glasswool (R1.8). Ceiling insulation: Premier A Grade Glasswool (R3.6).
  • Electrical & Data: Six double data outlets, six double power points, nine twin T5 fluorescent lights 1500mm long, 30-way distribution board, illuminated exit lights, exterior light on day light switch, CO2 sensor. Conduit feeds for site installation fire alarms.
  • Heating & Cooling: Supply and install HD split system reverse cycle heat pump.
  • Painting: Exterior painting includes walls, soffits and fascia. Interior painting includes doors and window frames. Walls and ceilings pre-finished.
  • Interior Finishing Lines: Architraves 40 x 10 single bevelled pine paint finish.
  • Ceiling Tiles: 600mm x 1200mm x 9mm.
  • Whiteboard: 2.4m x 1.2m whiteboard with pen rail.
